5 Bedroom House in Bourbon-Lancy

Rien de plus agréable que de se retrouver en famille ou entre amis dans un lieu commun. La propriété se trouve sur plus de 4000 mètres carrés de terrain avec deux terrasses de part et d’autre de la maison et un terrain de pétanque de 15x5 ( boules à disposition). Une cuisine toute équipée avec un îlot central et 5 chaises de bar donne sur un grand séjour avec une partie salon avec canapés, fauteuils et baby foot, un écran mural, puis un coin salle à manger avec une grande table. De nombreuses baies vitrées éclairent ces trois espaces permettant d’accéder aux terrasses. Celle au sud avec la piscine (4X8) chauffée ( dès mai jusqu'à fin septembre) et son salon de jardin, et la terrasse nord idéale pour déjeuner sous une voile, entre amis ou en famille, avec le barbecue et la vue sur de vastes champs et ses deux grands chênes. (Terrain de pétanque). Ces aménagements sont récents. De nouveau à l’intérieur de la maison un couloir permet l’accès aux 5 chambres, 4 avec des lits doubles, une avec trois lits de 90. Un canapé convertible pour deux personnes est dans le salon. Vous trouverez également deux salles de bain avec des douches italiennes et une avec une baignoire. Le grand terrain fermé permet aux enfants de jouer au foot ou à toute autre activité en pleine air. La piscine comporte un rideau de protection. Une salle de bain avec toilettes et lavabos est accessible par l’extérieur pour plonger de suite dans l’eau de la piscine à bonne température après s’être rincé. Une voie verte est accessible très rapidement ( 300 mètres) pour aller en balade à vélo jusqu’au centre ville. Des commerces se trouvent à proximité ( 500 mètres). Pour les amoureux des zoos et de sensations fortes, pour les petits et les grands, le parc d’attractions LE PAL est à 15 minutes. (Ouverture le 09 juin c’est officiel). Des vélos sont à la location non loin de la maison, ainsi qu'un plan d'eau avec un parcours santé, un grand parc de jeux pour les enfants, un club de tennis, un cinéma, un institut de spa et de bien être "CELTO", "les thermes" également pour les curistes. Pour les grands, un casino. La vieille Ville de Bourbon-Lancy, son quartier des remparts, le Beffroi avec son Beurdin se laissent facilement visiter avec des visites programmées auprès de l’office du tourisme. Summary: This house although not in the middle of a tourist centre is absolutely fabulous, bright and airy with plenty of space to enjoy the table football, mini snooker and we saw a table tennis table hiding in the garage waiting for outside weather I guess! The house was warm and Olivier was available to change temperatures remotely without needing to disturb us..... The kitchen is very well equipped and had we been there in the summer we would have enjoyed the pool too! The house was spotlessly clean and a pleasure to stay in albeit only 3 nights with very comfy beds. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and if you are a large group looking for a summer house to stay with all amenities then this is the house!
