The villa is situated on a hill and offers a unique and stunning views of the mountains and the sea. There is absolute peace and privacy, while still Sedella is within walking distance. The location is special and the view can hardly be better.

On the ground floor are a living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has a sitting area, a fireplace, satellite TV, CD and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with for instance a dishwasher, an induction hob, a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The two bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds, 90 x 200 cm, bedside tables and lamps. Each bedroom also has a private bathroom. This offer, for example, a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin with vanity unit, mirror and storage space. On the first floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom. This has been completed and is used as storage for the owner / landlord. During your stay you use the lower floor. There is air conditioning and heating in the living room, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms. The entire ground floor, with belonging terraces, courtyard, pool and garden consists of almost 4 000 m². These are not available for the tenant.
