We are offering this large character house in the Bugey countryside, 1 hour and 15 minutes east of Lyon, 50 minutes from Annecy, and 40 minutes from Chambéry: a paradise for hikers and cyclists!
This old house will delight young and old alike. Renovated, it offers all the comforts you would expect. Bright, very cool in summer, quiet with a large walled garden and an above-ground swimming pool, it offers breathtaking views of the Belledonne mountain range and Innimont.
You will be surprised by its spaciousness, its loggia, its Palladian-style columns, its 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and its many amenities for the whole family: trampoline, ping-pong, barbecue, large tables, deckchairs, sun loungers, baby equipment, and more.
From the sun-protected gazebo, you can sip a fresh mint drink while putting the world to rights with your loved ones and keeping an eye on the pool.
