Negative: We had a problem because the heating didn't work on our first morning and it was quite cold. I sent an email for help and there was a fairly quick response and the problem was sorted. An observation......... Fortunately we didn't need it but the first aid box was on top of the kitchen cupboard and impossible to reach, It would be far more accessible if it was in one of the kitchen cupboards.
Summary: Lavender Cottage was a a very convenient place to stay for our visit to Hereford. It was comfortable
