Close to downtown , you will find comfort with in the 2 ft. thick dirt walls, built in the late 1800 s , with updated utilities. Having a balcony upstairs looking out at the trees is an added gift. The embrace of the adobe walls give the occupant a sense of protection and comfort. This is one of the few adobe structures in this part of the state. This is a non smoking duplex.
