The Pump House has been lovingly refurbished to a very high standard providing guests with a delightful and cosy home from home. There is a beautiful, spacious bedroom with a King size bed, a modern bathroom fitted with walk-in waterfall shower. The living room has a wood burner with wood provided from November through to April, comfortable sofas and large dining table and TV, with central heating throughout and underfloor heating on the ground floor. French doors from the sitting room lead onto your private terrace and garden. The kitchen is well appointed and kitted out to meet all your culinary needs, including a Nespresso coffee machine to get your day off to a buzzing start! Relax and unwind in this beautiful countryside setting. The Pump House is attached to a beautiful listed Queen Anne House, but with your own private drive, access and private use of the Pump House garden. Only a 15 minute drive will take you to the North Norfolk coast beaches and you are within easy distance of the famous Norfolk Broads and the beautiful city of Norwich.
