Review Score: 4

Summary: No cups of any kind, no coffee, no toilet paper. Heater didn’t work. Brought to the attention of the front desk and they did provide me with a roll of toilet paper, two coffee cups, and two decaf coffee bags. I had to attend a meeting and when I returned the heater worked like a million bucks. It appears I was in a repurposed handicap room. Would have much preferred a regular room. I guess I’m spoiled but a breakfast to me is more than three choices of cereal or toast.
