Sleeping a maximum of six this is the perfect place for relocators, professionals, contractors, families and friends seeking premium living. The traditional blue double front door leads in to a spacious, light hallway with feature tiled floor, hanging space and storage facilities. Relax in our high specification and luxurious home with Netflix on a 50" flat screen HD TV, comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen which offers all brand-new appliances including tall fridge/freezer, integrated oven and microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Crockery, utensils, coffee and tea making facilities are provided. The dining area has an extendable dining table and chairs (from 4 to 6-seater) and the lounge sofa pulls out in to a double bed. The master bedroom suite is located in the basement, boasting a large main sleeping area, working space, luxury ensuite and a second sitting area. The second bedroom is on the ground floor, offering twin beds and a family bathroom over the hallway.
