Upon entering the apartment you are greeted by an open space which offers an ideal working area benefiting from a large desk and chair leading to french doors which open onto the spacious balcony. The balcony offers a comfortable seating area ideal for alfresco dining and watching the sunset.
To your right you will find the main living area which has ample space which enjoys open plan living offering a lounge ideal for cosying up after a long day exploring the city. Opening onto the modern, high-spec kitchen/diner.
To the left you will find both bedrooms, beautifully decorated and complemented with hotel quality bedding along with extremely comfortable large double beds. Both bedrooms also benefit from big built in wardrobe space.
There is also a main bathroom complete with a large shower, toilet and sink.
