Positive: Clean, spacious, very well organised, you have everything that you need for day to day household work. Owner is very nice and cooperative, she walked across the street with me to help me find the parking and I was really glad with this gesture. U Bahn station is just 1 minute by walk, so very good connectivity to City Center by public transport. I would love to revisit the apartment sometime.
