Negative: A very lovely apartment, well appointed in a good location. The only downside was it's proximity to what seems like a kennel and the barking / yapping of dogs at times through the day / night. One dog would start and others would join in so worth taking some ear plugs for sleeping ! Other than that, it was very good.
