The villa has parking for up to 8 vehicles.

Idyllically situated in the beautiful, quiet conservation area of Torquay, Marstan Villa is only 300 yards from Meadfoot Beach, a beautiful blue flag beach, and just 200 yards to the South-West coastal path. Torquay’s bustling harbour and vibrant town centre are just a 10 minute stroll away.
Marstan Villa features 7 elegant bedrooms, offering a unique standard of comfort and luxury you can expect of a 5 star hotel. All rooms have been recently remodelled and refurbished to the highest standard. Sea views can also be enjoyed from a number of the bedrooms towards the front of the villa.
The outside space is also the perfect outdoor retreat, with facilities including a fully maintained heated swimming pool (cleaned daily), open air hot-tub and a range of seating and sun-loungers for guests to get the most out of those long, summer days.
The villa also offers ample parking for its guests, with up to 8 parking spaces available onsite. An EV Chargepoint is also located on the driveway at the side of the house (standard charges apply if used by guests ).
Marstan Villa also offers a complimentary concierge service to help you get the most out of your visit to the area. Storage for bikes, kayaks, paddle-boards and other items can also be arranged upon request for your party, and a trolley for the nearby beach is also provided for guests convenience, along with several other items to enjoy a visit to the beach (e.g. cool box etc). Additional towels can also be provided for those family beach days if preferred. A complimentary hot drinks station is also available for guests to enjoy on the top floor, including a Nespresso coffee machine.

Please note that Marstan Villa is split into both guest and owners accommodation, with owners space sufficiently screened from guests to minimise disruption and maintain privacy for both parties. The owners accommodation does not overlook the outside space or pool area for guests. The owners accommodation also has its own outside space, entrance and car parking

- 7 night minimum stay during school holidays (Sat changeover)
- Bed linen and towels are provided (including beach towels)
- £1,000 security deposit required after booking.
- Strictly a no smoking or vaping permitted
- Heated swimming pool and hot tub usage is between 08.00 - 21.00 daily. The pool temperature is heated to 24-28 degrees and will vary based on external weather conditions. At the end of each day the pool will be covered to maintain the temperature over night.
- Up to two additional beds for larger groups with children can be requested if of interest for your group
- A complimentary concierge service will be provided for guests to help them get the most from their stay to the villa and the local area
- The owners accommodation does not overlook the outside space or pool area for guests. The owners accommodation also has its own outside space, entrance and car parking*
- 8 AM to 21:00 PM is when poolside is open for use and we generally ask that you keep noise to a minimum before and after these times
- The swimming pool will be open for the 2023 season from 28th April 2023 to 30 September 2023. The pool may be available pre-season for an additional surcharge. Please enquire for availability.
- A cleaning surcharge of £30 will be deducted from your deposit if the BBQ is not left clean and tidy after use.
- This property includes a small welcome/starter pack to help you on your first day of arrival. This consists of 2 toilet rolls, washing up liquid, 2 dishwasher tablets, a washing up cloth, sponge & tea towel and tea, coffee & milk sachets. Cupboard staples and any other extras are not as standard therefore we recommend ensuring you have your own supplies of anything else required.
