Convenient mountain hideaway halfway between Vail and Steamboat Springs. 40 acres of private land. This cozy home with a jacuzzi is a perfect spot for the whole family! Pet friendly and mountain views of the New York Range. Colorado River access 5 minutes away & BLM access on the north and south. GMU hunting unit 26, hunting permitted. Employees live on the property. Please note this is also an active tree farm operation.
