Positive: We were very happy with our room - a spacious room with tea/coffee-making facilities, a great view of the trees and greenery, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, and varied - we stayed for three nights and each morning were able to have something different for breakfast, and still hadn't tried everything. The hotel has a deal with the nearby spa, offering a preferential rate and they also lent us extra towels to take with us. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Negative: I'm really searching my mind for something negative to say - there was no toilet roll holder, so the toilet roll just sat on the counter next to the handbasin.
