Four bedroom duplex apartment located on East Parade, Harrogate's Town Centre. Spacious, social living area with 2 kitchens, 2 lounges, a dining room, 3 bathrooms. Spacious living area with high end kitchen appliances. Maintained front & back garden with plenty of outdoor dining furniture. Private and fenced area.
Ground floor access through the conservatory at the rear of the property. The conservatory has been converted into a dining room with a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. The conservatory is off the kitchen. Kitchen has Miele appliances, fridge/freezer, induction hob, 2 ovens – Combination microwave oven, steam oven (which is perfect for cooking roasts), washing machine & dishwasher.
Lounge with a 3 seater sofabed, arm chair with footstool & a love chair. 46″ wall mounted TV, SKY TV & Netflix is provided.
Bedroom One & Two both have en-suite bathrooms.
Downstairs you will find, another lounge and kitchen.
The Lounge has a 3 seater sofa and armchair, 43" SMART TV, Netflix is included.
Kitchen, Combination microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine (pods are provided), large fridge/freezer, fan oven.

Summary: Nine of us stayed at the property for a hen do in Harrogate. We were all pleased and impressed with the size of the property, especially the internal doors, that made us feel like we were part of a big house. Lydia was available for any questions and sorted out additional towels etc for the sofa bed. Only 8 minutes walk from town so perfect location.
