Positive: Location was good. Very close to Yas Island and all theme parks. All amenities available very close, including food food court, restaurants, a supermarket.
Negative: Getting to basement parking was an ordeal, because of lack of clear instructions. None of so many security guards in the residential area could explain well as to how to get to basement parking. We kept going round and round. The host could really do well with giving better guidance and instructions as to how to get to basement parking and give separate location first to get to apartment, to get keys and give separate location for basement parking. Also, in basement parking, there were lots of signs for stairs, but no signs for elevators/lifts.
Summary: Overall, good apartment for its price.
