This modern house is very spacious and located only a few minutes walk from Chichester's busy high street. It is the perfect place to getaway for families or friends, with so much to see & do in the local area. The house is located in a quiet residential area & has it's own parking & private garden which is a lovely space to relax. All rooms are light & bright for all to enjoy.
Our semi detached house has two levels. It is modern with contemporary artwork throughout and vibrant colours. A very well thought out space with lots of natural light.
Downstairs is a large and socialable space which is ideal for families staying with grandparents. It benefits from a double bedroom which overlooks the garden and has a TV. Next to it is a bathroom with shower (wet room), sink, toilet and heated towel rail. There is a space in the bedroom with a desk and chair to create a workspace if required.
The downstairs layout is open plan with a vibrant decor and colourful artwork throughout. The kitchen is bright and modern, with a breakfast bar and 3 stools. It is well stocked with equipment for self catering purposes. The kitchen overlooks the dining area which has a large table and 6 chairs making this area ideal for entertaining.
Directly off of the kitchen and dining area is a second small lounge with seating around a TV and large skylight windows letting in lots of natural light.
At the back on the property is the spacious lounge with a TV and large patio doors providing a lovely outlook to the garden. This is a spacious room which is very light.
The enclosed garden is split level and has a small grassed area (with deep steps up). Please watch young children if they are playing on the grassed area as the split level does not have a fence. Garden furniture is supplied on the patio area for you to relax in this suntrap on a summers evening.
Upstairs are two bedrooms. At the back of the house, overlooking the garden is a light and spacious twin and the second bedroom is located at the front of the house with a kingsize bed. This is a light and spacious room with a TV.
On this floor there is a modern family bathroom with a bath and shower attachment, sink, toilet and heated towel rail.
The house is dog friendly and can accommodate one dog - we ask if you keep your dog to the downstairs area only and toilet out the front of the house rather than in the back garden.
Guests have use of the entire house. The house is located in a residential area, just a 15 minute walk North of Chichester town centre. With it's own driveway, two cars can park on the drive outside the house and permit street parking is located nearby, along with other free parking in nearby streets.
A welcome pack is left out for our guests upon arrival which consists of -
Tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels, cloths, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, matches, sun cream, tissues, hand sanitiser, bin bags, scrubbing brush, salt, pepper, fire lighters, pen and tinfoil as well as a some goodies including chocolates and sweets!
We also include shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and hand wash at each sink.
We can provide a travel cot (please provide your own linen) and high chair along with baby packs 0-2 years and toddler packs 2-4 years. Items are subject to availability and requested in advance for short stays only. All items are to be left in the property at the end of your stay. They will be cleaned and sterilised between each use.

If you are looking for a place to stay whilst attending a Goodwood event - the house is only a 12 minute drive from Goodwood Motor Circuit, House and Horse Racing. There are many taxi companies operating in the area, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any help in organising this.
There is an abundance of things to do locally - The countryside in the beautiful South Downs National Park and the south coast are within a short drive as are the towns and cities of Arundel, Bognor Regis and Portsmouth with outlet shopping at Gunwharf Quays.
A car is not essential with this property as there is a bus and train station in Chichester if you wish to explore further afield. The number 60 bus stop is a 10 minute walk away and from here you can get to Midhurst.
There are two One Stop convenience stores, both within a 10 minute walk. Chichester boasts many beautiful parks, some of which with play equipment for children. Oaklands Park, Priory Park and Bishops Palace Gardens are all a short walk away and offer stunning views of this historic city.
