Summary: Hotels.com gave us a full price that included all taxes and fees. Checking in, he used that as the base price and added taxes and fees on top of that. When I pointed this out he just said he wasn't doing anything, I could call Hotels.com. Never had that happen before. Shower was just warm enough to tolerate, far from hot. Bed was comfortable.. Room was dated but clean.
