Positive: The staff were very friendly and obliging.

Negative: I am a return customer having stayed numerous times over the years. Despite there being many vacancies we had the only room with no car park so unloaded each night from 2 spaces away. Would be nice to have the towels changed or bins emptied at least once over a four night stay.

Summary: There are many options in this town so the smallest appreciation for loyal customers would be nice.
