Positive: This is a nice cottage that is well presented and in a good location.

Negative: When we arrived, we opened the back door and stepped straight in a dog poo. Whilst there is a sign up about the back door, it is not in an obvious location and should have been on the back door itself. The broadband - which was critical for part of our party - was out of order for 75% of our visit and never worked again despite being reset multiple times. Just about all of the crockery, glasses and cutlery were dirty when we arrived - with food residue on them - and needed washing before use. The boiler failed to work on Sunday leaving us with no heating or hot water for the last morning of our trip.

Summary: A nice cottage let down by poor cleanliness of the kitchen equipment and broadband and boiler failures.
