Berwicks House is a modern and elegantly decorated 3-bed house that can accommodate up to 5 people, situated only 4 minutes from the NEC and 6 minutes from Birmingham Airport. It is an ideal location for NEC events or for those that are travelling.
It is kept immaculately clean at all times, so you can depend on us for a comfortable and enjoyable stay that feels just like home. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern cooking appliances and utensils, so you can be your own master chef! There is a premium Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of complimentary coffee flavours for you to try.
Bedrooms include a choice of super-king, king and single beds. The super king and king beds can be separated to form single beds if required. Hairdryers are provided in every bedroom, and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience, along with towels and comfortable bedding.
You can relax on the sofas, whilst watching the smart HDTV with Netflix and Freeview in the lounge. There is Wifi throughout the house.
We have a modern kitchen with top quality cooking appliances, including a single electric oven and 4 ring gas hob, and a microwave. We also have a dishwasher, washer machine and ironing facilities available for your use. We offer a Nespresso machine with a variety of complimentary coffee capsules for your enjoyment. We also have a selection of speciality teas available, and please help yourself to the complimentary biscuits!
You can choose to relax at the end of the day on the outdoor furniture overlooking the garden whilst planning your next day's activity or socialising with friends.
At the rear of the property is off road parking for 2 cars (N.B. gate width 2.18m) and additional on road parking.
