Equipped with elements of maximum exclusivity, the guest experience is impressive.

It has a beautiful garden of 1030m2 planted with large palm trees, a saline chlorination pool with a beach area, luxury outdoor shower and toilet/laundry room next to the pool, terraces, designer hammocks, chill out areas, mahogany Balinese gazebo 2.5 x 2.5m, admirable sculptures of wood, granite and marble.

The cozy entrance leads to a large living room with fireplace, open to one of the porches where there is another dining room, living room, fully equipped indoor kitchen and outdoor kitchen.

On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, a triple with a king-size bed and tempur mattress, and a double bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms, dressing rooms, heating and a/c, reading room and guest toilet.

On the first floor you will find 3 terraces, a triple bedroom with en-suite bathroom and office, dressing room, heating and a/c.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, (double access point), 8'' Dobsonian telescope, 50'' smart TV in the living room and two 65'' smart TVs in master bedrooms, heating and four air conditioners. Two adult bicycles are available to guests.

From the terraces you can see the sea and the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana, during the nights, the celestial vault and shooting stars draw the scene. Located in a very quiet area with wide streets, the atmosphere invites you to relax in the Mediterranean.
