Positive: The unit was clean, newer, and nicely decorated. It had plenty of space for our group of 8. It had great amenities. The toiletries were well stocked, as was the kitchen. Our kids loved the on sight hot tub as well. The garage was also a huge bonus since many rentals do not include a 2 car garage.
Negative: The unit was incredibly hot. We continued to turn down the temperature, but it never cooled down to our liking. We ended up having to crack multiple windows in mid-February just so we could be comfortable in the unit. The king bed in the master bedroom was horrible. We were shocked that such a new unit would have such a terrible mattress. It was clearly used, as it was so soft and worn that you rolled to a divot in the center. The mattress would honestly stop us from returning to this property. With a new mattress, this unit would be a 10 out of 10 for sure.
