This 1940's home in downtown Mentone has been recently remodeled. It is within walking distance to the local shops and restaurants in downtown Mentone. It is only a few miles to DeSoto Falls and DeSoto State Park. This property is Non-Smoking and Pet-Free. Cook an entire meal with a fully equipped kitchen or dine in one of the locally-owned restaurants. The tile shower is equipped with a rain shower head and handheld sprayer. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed along with a sitting area. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a pullout couch to accommodate additional sleeping. Enjoy your coffee or tea while sitting on the front porch swing. Enjoy the night gathered around the fire pit. Finish your day off with a relaxing soak in the hot tub (by the way, the hot tub is emptied and cleaned and filled with fresh water after each guest). Enjoy hiking, sightseeing, and exploring Historic Mentone, DeSoto State Park, DeSoto Falls, and Little River Canyon. Take in a round of golf at Cloudmont Ski & Golf Resort or go horseback riding through the trails in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. This area has so much to offer.
