Positive: Convenient proximity to Heathrow.Prompt response by owner’s wife to attend property when we rang to query why the 3rd room was locked and no key available on arrival to unlock it.
Negative: The advert stated the booking included “one way airport transfer and each room had own en-suite” - neither of which were true. One room only had en-suite - the others shared a communal bathroom. Owners stated this error was an ongoing one that they had asked Booking.com to remove from the listing.
Summary: The shared living facilities and kitchen were a bit tired (dining chairs and sofa), and each room could have benefited
