The Space:
The property is a normal two storey house, so it has stairs leading up to the bedrooms.
Downstairs there is a large living room with two comfortable sofas and an amazing purple chair for you to relax and watch the Smart-TV during your down time. The front room is stunning with a giant world map hanging on the wall.
There is an open plan dining kitchen, where the dining table and chairs can seat four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, cooking equipment, cutlery, toaster, microwave, kettle, oven and stove top. Everything that you'd need to have an awesome stay.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a double bedroom, a room with 2 single beds (you can push them together if needed) and a smaller room with 1 single bed. Each room has lots of space and storage options for your luggage. Each room is tastefully decorated and feel light and airy.
The family bathroom has a toilet, sink, bath and separate shower.
There is a small back yard with furniture for you to relax in the sun and get some seaside air. In the front garden there is a nice bench to sit on.
There is free on-street parking for your vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
The property is in a quiet residential street in Newbiggin, that is a short walk away from the sea front.
Newbiggin has many shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways and leisure facilities. With Newbiggin not being a big place, everything is local and walkable.
Wansbeck General Hospital is not too far from the property if you're working at the hospital.
If you need a larger supermarket then you will need to go to Ashington, which is not too far away and would recommend you dropping into the supermarket on the way to the property so you're fully stocked.
The property is close to the Lynemouth power plant and perfect for anyone working there.
Getting Around:
Newbiggin is quite a small seaside town and most things are in walking distance. However, there are bus services that in and out of the town.
There is a train station in Morpeth, however, you will then need to take a bus or taxi to Newbiggin.
The property is roughly 15 minutes from the A1.
