Positive: Fantastic location. Close to snowdonia and zip wolds. Just opposite the house was a great river walk!.The room was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Very comfy bed. Short walk to the town centre. Jeanette and Steve are great hosts. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Highly recommend 5*****.
