Beautiful, newly renovated oceanfront condo, one bedroom, small one bathroom with full shower with sliding showerhead (convenient for kids), fully equipped kitchen (pots & pans, dishes, utensils, etc central AC, gas stove, semi-private very large patio with table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs. All chair and lounge pads are stored in hall closet (top shelf) There is 1 tv in bedroom and 1 in livingroom. Bedroom has 2 full beds, 1 twin bed, sofabed/couch in livingroom area. Guest Laundry room on site . Large Patio overlooks ocean, pool, shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong and beach volleyball . Designated Free parking space. Management on site. Bedding and bath towels are initially supplied ONCE for duration of stay. Napkins, paper towels are not included.
