Charming oceanfront home, with deck overlooking Moosabec Reach. This home is located in a busy lobster fishing community. Watch the fishermen as they sail out to work in the morning and sail back at the end of a day. This home has all amenities...Wi-Fi, laundry, grill, tv in living room and all bedrooms, and anything else u may need. Included in your stay is 1 lobster per person....Come enjoy the ocean air and the scenic views of our amazing town!
Excursion includes
1. Sunday's only! A remote beach lobster feed lobster's will be cooked on the boat 150.00 person. Only way to beach is by boat. Weather permitting. 9:00 a.m. to 1 p.m.
2. You can experience the real downeast Maine lobsterfishing by getting out on the lobster boat as a sternman hauling traps seeing how it's done and take home a lobster. 75.00 per person. Weather permitting only available on Saturday at this time.
3.Special Excursion. August 8th 2026 weather permitting is Winter Harbor Boat races that we will be sailing to for a day of fun watching the races. There will be lobsters and crabs being cooked up Must be 16 or older. 75.00 per person. This will be a whole day event.

Summary: Stairs were a problem for guests with knee problems. A second railing would have been a great help. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Other than that we had a pleasant vacation. Charlie came right away when we called and is very pleasant. Lobsters were delicious!
