Positive: We stayed for 4 days, 2 families with 3 kids. Facilities are great, very clean and tidy. Bedrooms are decent size with a nice view to Snezka mountain. Toys for kids and balance bike outside were a great bonus. Fire stove made our stay warm and cosy. Sauna and jacuzzi are worth every penny. Owners are very friendly and helpful.
