Positive: We loved the location and always found parking on the street. The place was roomy.
Negative: We didn't like the housekeeping setup. It took until Wednesday evening to get bath mats and hand towels, and then they were left on the hall floor, not even in a bag. That's took 3 days of calls to Sykes Cottages. Their staff were polite enough, but they obviously had trouble with the housekeeping company. There were lots of cracks in the sash window, so we wouldn't dare open them. We were locked out one evening as the people downstairs put the catch down on the shared front door. When we arrived at the Osprey on the Monday the key code I had been given didn't work, after a phone call, I found out it had been changed, it would have been nice if I'd been told. In all the time I've used Booking.com, this is the first time I've complained.
