Enjoy pleasant evenings with your loved ones on the furnished outdoor terrace. The apartment of 96 m2 is located on the ground floor and has three bedrooms. All three bedrooms are different, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and the third one with only one single bed. For the smallest guests, we will be happy to provide you a baby cot and a children high chair. All rooms share a complete bathroom with shower. The colorful living room has two sofas, a TV and a dining area. Here the common meals are a pleasant experience. The separate kitchen is equipped with all utensils, so you can spoil your loved ones with delicious meals. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are provided. The beach playa de Miramar is very family friendly and relatively quiet. Also it is very popular with the surfers. In the surrounding area you will find restaurants, bars, shops and small supermarkets. In the wider area, you can easily reach other beaches like Pieles, Daimus, Oliva and Gandia. For the sports lovers, Golf Oliva Nova is just 13.5 km away. Culture lovers can visit the old town church of Gandia with its famous Doge Palace, the town hall and the "colegiata", a church built on a Muslim mosque. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
