The property is on one floor:
Entrance leads to a large airy dining room with a large table where you can comfortably seat 10 guests and enjoy entertaining your guests .
The living area has comfortable sofa and chairs for guests, a large smart TV and fireplace with wood burner and sea views.
The Games Room/ Conservatory also offers comfortable sofa and chairs to relax and a smart TV. Full size pool table, electronic scoring darts board, juke box and disco ball. It has views of the garden and sea.
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and well kitted out. Use of appliances include an oven electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher. Smaller appliances include microwave, kettle and toaster.
Bedroom 1, ensuite bathroom with shower and WC. This bedroom has a king size bed that can be split into two single beds on request. Wardrobes and drawers for guest storage.

Large gardens laid to lawn with beautiful planting, patio area with hot tub and outside seating area over looking stunning sandy beach and sea. There is a private gateway with access to the beach. closer to the property is an area for al fresco dining. There is an outside shower for guests use after a swim in the sea. The garden is also secure for a dog.
Parking is available for a number of cars at the front of the property.
There will be complimentary tea/coffee and milk waiting for you as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Other items provided include a washing up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll.
