The space
Enter the property into the hallway, the downstairs toilet is the door to your right, to the left is the main lounge, a contemporary, yet cosy area to relax in, the dining area is at the far end of the lounge by the patio doors, which look out onto the enclosed private garden.
Further along the hallway is access to store cupboard on the right, just before the kitchen here are hooks for coats and a rack for shoes. The fully kitted kitchen, complete with microwave and coffee machine. The utility room leads off the kitchen and there is another sink here and the washing machine, access to the rear door is through this room.
The stairs lead to all 3 bedrooms, family bathroom and designated office space, there is also a spare room for luggage storage and there is a travel cot if needed in the room. The cupboard at the top of the stairs has the iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner located in it.
Guest access
The property has allocated parking for two vehicles, on the large driveway in front of the property, please park on the drive thank you..
Derby train station is approximately 4 miles away, a 15 minutes drive. Derby City centre is a 10 minute drive or the nearest Bus Stop is on Uttoxeter Rd, (X38) a 6 minute walk from the property and is 3.5 miles into the centre.
Derby Royal hospital is less than 10 minutes walk and Markeaton Park is less than a 10 minute drive, a lovely open space with café and boating lake, kids adventure play area and mini golf.
The Property is only 25 minutes drive to Ashbourne the gate town to the Peak District.
Other things to note
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
*Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
TRAVEL COT
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that I can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. (I am afraid highchair requests cannot be met).’’
OTHER NOTES
Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone.
The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced.
There will be some complimentary *tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap*. Other items included are *a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll* which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is *an ALDI Store a few minutes walk away*.
