This stylish Georgian townhouse just off the London road is ideally located to explore all that beautiful Bath has to offer. A stroll along the artisan area of Walcot St, brings you into the city centre where you'll find Bath's celebrated historical & cultural attractions, shopping quarters and plenty of fabulous cafes, bars & restaurants to unwind in. In the other direction you'll find beautiful countryside with the Avon and Kennett canal close by to enjoy a tranquil walk or bike ride.
The space
The beautifully presented interior is light and spacious with living space spread over four floors. The entrance hall leads to two cosy reception rooms both with televisions. Downstairs you'll find a cloakroom and the large modern open plan kitchen diner with French doors onto a pretty courtyard garden, the perfect space to enjoy alfresco dining during the summer months.
There are three comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom on the first floor has a luxury super-king zip and link bed can be made into a twin on request two line below as well (top-floor). Also on this floor is the large modern family bathroom with freestanding bath and a walk in shower. The top floor has another large super-king zip and link bedroom and a twin room.
Despite being a period property, there are modern additions throughout to ensure a comfortable stay, such as new beds, shutters and modern highly effective radiators. This charming property is a true gem; the perfect retreat to relax in with friends or family during your visit to Bath.

There is free, secure, 24hr parking supplied at Bay 9, Kensington Court, Bath, BA1 6PS. This is 6 streets away, approx a I minute drive, 5 minute walk. Please inform us of your registration number.
You will also find both a free short term car park (2hrs stay) and several free parking bays (2hrs stay) outside the house.
For additional car parking there is secure, 24hr parking at Morrisons Supermarket, which can be reserved in advance using the website “YourParkingSpace” at a cost of £4.50 for 24 hours. Morrisons car park is approx. a 1 minute drive, 5 minute walk.
