Positive: The place has all necessary facilities including a small garden to enjoy your breakfast if weather allows. The place is located next to the train station which connects to Paris although in the month of August it was closed for renovations. There is a parking nearby costing only 11,5 euro per day
Negative: The place needs a deep cleaning - sheets and towels were smelling musty and wonder how washed if at all, the bathroom smelled of mould and had clearly visible mould in the douche area, the toilet was also dirty and also unstable like broken at the base, doors had traces of fingers and greasy spots.
Summary: Small apartment with nice garden but unbelievably dirty
