Positive: The location, and size of the home and were perfect. Large spacious rooms, comfortable beds & plenty of bathrooms. Tables for gathering, outdoor patio space with chairs available. Large kitchen area and laundry facilities. The bathrooms and general surfaces were clean. We did have to hunt for towels but found them in the basement laundry room. Quiet neighborhood even though the house is located on a main highway through town. Two blocks from Safeway.
Negative: The parking and way to enter was a little tricky but understandable. Some of the issues were the back sliding door was not lockable as you could lift it from the track to get in. There is some deep cleaning needed done, (kitchen appliances, windows, sink, outdoor grill), and some things need replaced as they can't be cleaned. These things were brought to the attention to the owners and they did offer a credit on our stay. Evolve advocated to make sure this was completed for us and were very responsive and easy to work with.
