Jávea itself is a wonderful attraction, 300 days of sunshine a year, amazing facilities, amenities, restaurants, beaches and sporting facilities. It is easily accessible via AP-7 from either Valencia or Alicante, and approximately 1 hour from either airport.

On arrival into our place in Jávea, there is actually no more need for the car - everything is available on foot - whether in the immediate Port vicinity, or a 15minute walk along the coast to the sandy beaches Arenal or in the other direction, up to the historic buildings and the markets in the Old Town.
There are numerous wonderful bars and restaurants, as well as the fish market in the Marina, multiple grocery stores, and other convenience stores and amenities all in easy walking distance. The town has wonderful fiestas to enjoy with family and friends throughout the year and many are right here in the Port, and in the Old Town there is also the famous Jazz festival.

The apartment itself is in one of easily the nicest buildings right in the middle of the Port. At the street entrance there is an attractive courtyard with palms and within the building entrance there are spacious and clean marble interiors with both a lift and stairs to all floors. There is also access to the communal roof which has full panoramic outlooks in every directions, to the sea, the full coastline down to the Cap de la Nau, the Montgo mountain and the Old Town.
The building also offers street parking next to the building and full step-free access from the street to the apartment, so mobility and accessibility is optimal and convenient for all members of the family, whether for luggage, shopping, wheelchairs, push-chairs or sports equipment. There is also a prestigious bike shop very close where one can rent bikes of different specifications.

The apartment offers a very good layout and is connected via a long hallway which offers all occupants ease, privacy, comfort and space. The entrance vestibule and hallway connects the main bedroom at the one end of the apartment, with both bathrooms in the middle and then the living room and second bedroom at the end of the apartment. There are two outside spaces, the welcoming and sunny lounge with french doors which open out to a balcony where one can sit & take a coffee. There is ample seating in the lounge with a sofa, and a separate dining table. The lounge opens via pocket doors to the fully fitted brand newly installed eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted, with new high specification units, granite worktops, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, hob with extractor fan and electric oven. There are also additional electric worktop appliances for convenience, a stainless steel kettle, a microwave, a rice cooker and air fryer for simple stay-at-home dining. There is another dining table set here again for four people.
The kitchen also opens out to a utility area where one can stow beach items and hang beach towels. There is a washing machine in the utility. For additional convenience there is also an excellent laundromat and several excellent dry cleaners within a 2-3 minute walk which can provide serviced washes.
There is good distribution of windows and marble floors throughout the whole apartment. For comfort there are air conditioning units in the main bedroom and lounge as well as fitted electric ceiling fans in both bedrooms and again in the lounge. The bedrooms are fully stocked with fresh linens. There is both a full bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower and there is also a separate half bathroom. The bathrooms are fully stocked with fresh towels.
