Our vacation rental home in Puertito de Güimar is located on the seafront, very close to the beach promenade and the artificial black sand beach. It is located at a ground level and has a bedroom with direct access to the spacious terrace, bathroom, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and an open, fully equipped new kitchen. The large terrace with sitting area and dining table offers a partial view of the sea. The property is newly furnished and fully equipped. Wifi access and 2 Smart TV (no satellite connection) are also available free of charge. It is bright and quiet and is located in a well kept complex with a community pool. Underground parking space free of charge.
Restaurants, cafes and shops are located in close proximity and are within walking distance in a few minutes.

Summary: We have been in many accommodations, this one in Puertito de Güímar belongs to our favorites. It is a very nice apartment, clean and lovely decorated, nice swimming pool and it is at the seafront. The pictures match the expectations well. Enough reasons to book… there are more reasons to come. When you go on a holiday you do not like any hassle, well everything in Puertito de Güímar went smooth: the price is fair, no problems with any service or cleaning fees and all communication went well (thanks Isabel). And thanks to the owners there is iptv, so you can watch television from your home country. During our stay (11 days), we have had a small issue with the internet and within a couple of hours it was fixed! Not to mention the warm welcome (thanks Iago) with a basket full of surprises: a bottle of wine, fruit, breakfast for next day. It gives you immediately the warm holiday feel!!
