The house is located just 5 minutes walk from the Provençal village of Le Rouret, between the cities of Cannes and Nice, ten kilometers from Grasse and at the gates of Sophia Antipolis. You will also find, less than 15 minutes by car, the magnificent villages of Gourdon, Mougins and Valbonne, some of which are classified among the most beautiful villages in France.
You will access it through a wrought iron gate, where you can easily park up to 4 cars. The villa overlooks the car park and a small path will lead you to its entrance while passing through a magnificent pond. We must not forget to highlight the work of the man of the house who maintains the green spaces and the exteriors with care, which allows this place to be in perfect harmony with nature.
You will enter a large living room, dining room. On the left is the kitchen and on the right a bay window will give you access to a large terrace from where you can enjoy sublime summer evenings.
From the kitchen, you can access the plancha area, the swimming pool and its summer kitchen, via a gallery and its skylights. You will be able to work peacefully there if necessary.
From the living room terrace, the villa offers direct access to the pool area, table tennis and trampoline.
Between the living room and the dining room, the corridor will lead you to the bedrooms. The first is located on the lower floor and is accompanied by its shower room, wc, dressing area. This room has a large bay window below the main entrance of the house for those who need more independence.
This corridor leads to a second bedroom, which has its private shower room and access to the terrace from the living room.
The third bedroom is an extension of the second and overlooks a closed and air-conditioned veranda. You will find table football and a nice reading corner.
The last bedroom opposite will overlook the swimming pool. Each room has a glass door or bay window that will give you access to the exteriors.
An office, two guest toilets and a large bathroom are also in the hallway.
You will find on your arrival the household linen (sheets, bath towels, swimming pool towels, bath mats), toilet paper, miniature shower gel, kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, surface cleaner, detergent, dishwasher tablet and washing machine laundry).
## Access
All spaces of this villa are for travelers, we will ask tenants on each arrival to take care of the premises.
Love has been put so that you spend your most beautiful holidays so thank you for respecting it.
A deposit of 1000 euros collected will be requested on each arrival and will be returned no later than 48 hours after your departure if no damage or breakage has been observed. In this case, part or all of it may be retained.
