Rates & Availability:

Summer: $350/night for up to 6 people, $30/night for each additional person. Weekend rates are $450/night.

Low season and winter rates available upon request (based on duration and number of guests).

Minimum 3-night stay.

$500 refundable damage/cleaning deposit.

50% deposit due upon booking, balance due 1 month prior.

Pet fee: $100/pet (if approved).
