Summary: Really disappointing stay. We booked for a spa stay. We accepted a less ideal location in return for the services and ended up trekking miles for no benefit. We were emailed 2 days before travelling and told the spa was closed. I called and the staff member said it would all reopen by the time we arrived. When we got there only the pool was open. No apologies. Mould in the bathroom, rusty radiator, badly damaged headboard, aircon was turned off because of the time of year - despite it being an unusually warm week. There was one milk sachet in the bedroom, which wasn’t replaced for the entirety of the stay so we had to go out and buy it. Used cups weren’t replaced so we were washing up. The place was soulless and unfriendly. I would recommend anyone goes elsewhere.
