Positive: Booked this for a couple of nights last minute without checking it out thoroughly, was very pleasantly surprised! Just a terraced house on an ordinary street in Guisborough which has been very nicely fitted out indeed. Lovely décor, Everything you could possibly need, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Easy parking on street, a short walk to the shops and restaurants, quiet at night. Can't recommend this place highly enough!
