Negative: Staff tried to charge extra for the booking, stating it was for 2 adults only when I booked for 4 adults and 1 child. I had to show the booking.com booking in order to not be overcharged. The WiFi did not work. I had to ask to use the kitchen even if it was inside the room, and we stayed for 3 nights. Room cleanliness was poor. Not enough towels and bed sheets are available. I would not stay at the same property again.
