Positive: Close to city centre, large and roomy
Negative: Everything was worn out and tired. It was even difficult to unlock the door with the key. The rooms each had their own key in a lock boxes in the living room and it reminded me a HMO even though you had the whole house. I had to ask for the codes for the other lock boxes to check the rooms (I was not staying in a house where me and my daughter could not see what was in the locked rooms) as they didn’t provide the codes for all room initially. The bath panels were hanging off, cracked tiles and the window in bedroom two is fastened on using some makeshift hinge, it nearly fell on me when I popped it. Overall, although the location is good for the city centre, unless this place is modernised I would not stay again as even the garden gates were held back by some kind of plastic strapping and so overrun I was nettled on the arm getting out the car on the drive.
