Arranged on three floors. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with sofa bed, next to it a double bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with large shower. On the second floor open space living area and kitchen. TV area and dining table with a small but functional kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. On the third floor is a large and bright attic bedroom with TV area and en suite bathroom with shower.
The flat, with Wi-Fi available throughout the house, can accommodate up to 5 people. It does not have air conditioning but fans are available.
The flat can only be reached on foot and has no private parking space. Public parking spaces are located approximately 500 metres away.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGRIVA HOUSE is located in the most historic and characteristic part of the centre of Colonno, which is why it can only be reached on foot. Public car parks are 500 metres away: from the nearest car park you have to walk up a steep road with steps.

We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), renting a car or using pre-booked private drivers.
A bus stop is 200 metres from the flat, and a boat stop is 500 metres away. Please note that there are only 2 ferries per day passing through Colonno: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In the nearby village of Argegno you will instead find a boat every hour.
