Positive: The house had two separate tables to sit at which helped with our family. The living room was spacious and the beds were comfy.

Negative: The parking is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. It’s located in a fairly residential area so you don’t have many walkable options.

Summary: Very cozy stay within easy driving to top Grand Forks attractions.
