Positive: The house was functional and we loved the woodstove. The beds in the kids room were very comfortable. The hot tub was great, and clean. The location was great for uptown access.
Negative: The kitchen cookware was old and not in great condition. The bed in the master was not comfortable, soft, lumpy and sqeaky. The house was not very clean; it was dusty, there was dog hair on sofa and carpet, overall needs a deep clean.
