Perfect place to hang your hat to catch a Raiders game or let the The Vegas Golden Knights, Stanley Cup Champions entertain to you. All the big name Casinos are 5 minutes away. Easy Lyft or Uber ride to get there. Have a car to park, no problem as this home has a driveway and parking available. Airport is a mere 10 minutes away.
Completely remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhome with covered parking and street parking. Large backyard comes with patio furniture and BBQ grill. Firepit is included in the front courtyard area. This contemporary interior is divine and has Las Vegas written all over it. Complete with a full size washer and dryer as well. TV's are in each bedroom and the living room. All the necessity to bring your alcohol and set up a full bar just for you. Snacks, coffee, and tea are provided! Full kitchen should you decide to cook a gourmet meal. Each bedroom comes with a Queen size bed, the Owner Suite mattress is VERY PLUSH while the Guest room is medium plush. We know one bathroom can sometimes be a challenge so we have included a vanity in the Owner Suite. Plenty of closet space in both bedrooms so don't worry about where to put your clothes.
This handy neighborhood is only minutes to the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas Strip. Near bus line, shopping, gas station, and only 10 minutes to the airport. Catching a Raiders or Vegas Golden Knights game? No worries as this home is nearby. Parking can be challenging near the stadiums so you may prefer to catch a ride to the games.
