Summary: Smooth check in with great communication from the owner. Parking permit is provided on arrival. Apartment is adequately equipped for 2 to 4 people. A huge wetherspoons is round the corner as is a chip shop. Bus routes are also near by to get you to St Annes and Lytham. We'd definitely stay again and recommend our top floor apartment.
